Shipping

Shipments are carried out by DPD and Paczkomaty Inpost.

We also carry out some foreign orders (outside the European Union) with the Polish Post.
The cost of delivery in Poland depends on the choice of the form of shipment: DPD cash on delivery 21 PLN, Payment on account from 16 PLN, Inpost parcel machines from 16 PLN
The exact shipping costs can be selected when placing the order.

How do we prepare the shipment?

After placing an order in our store, the products are first assembled in the warehouse, then packed and handed over to the courier company employee.
After leaving the sorting room, the ability to track the shipment is enabled in the customer panel, thanks to which you can check where your parcel is currently located.

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

We ship worldwide, the exact price of shipping to your country is calculated automatically by the system of our store at the stage of ordering.

Delivery time.

Delivery of the order takes place in Poland: DPD: 24h, Paczkomaty Inpost about 2 days. When we prepare your package for shipping, we will notify you by email.
Couriers deliver parcels in a. m. 8-17 (Monday to Friday).

Undelivered package

If the parcel has not arrived because the courier did not find you at the time of delivery, this does not mean that it has been sent back to our store. If the package fails to be delivered the first time, the courier makes another delivery attempt, and if it fails, another one. After three attempts, the parcel goes for a short time to the local warehouse of the courier company and only from there it is sent back to us.
